Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Civil Engineer with 3 to 5 years experience in cost control and planning. Candidates in UAE will be preferred, direct joining within 7 days notice at maximum.
2. Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded in the system.
3. Running all cost control related operations on the system. All the analysis/estimates are also expected to be prepared in MS-Excel.
4. Responsible for keeping proper records of site material stocks.
5. Responsible to send notification emails of budget overruns.
6. Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of the project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing, and delivery up to the closure of the project.
7. Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management's review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
8. Provide cost control advice to the internal project management team as and when required.
