Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Front Office professionals eager to advance their careers.

Role: Lobby Ambassador

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Providing consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
  2. Being available as a point of contact for guests at all times.
  3. Representing the standards of the Arabian Cultural Connection program and interacting with guests at the coffee and dates station.
  4. Playing a vital role in the Rotana Service Distinction program by welcoming guests, escorting them to check-in, attending to guests in queues, greeting during breakfast, and bidding farewell at the main door.
  5. Using the Tablet Registration tool to register guests while waiting for check-in.
  6. Offering personal attention to all guests, especially Club Rotana, VIP, and Rewards guests.
  7. Proactively greeting arriving guests and assisting them from transportation.
  8. Seeking revenue opportunities such as reservations and sales leads.
  9. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel and local services to assist guests effectively.
  10. Handling guest queries promptly and pleasantly.
  11. Promoting hotel offers, promotions, and packages.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experiences: A diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred, along with previous Front Office experience. Politeness, sophistication, and excellent command of English (spoken and written) are essential. Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Knowledge & Competencies: The ideal candidate is customer-driven, proactive, outgoing, charismatic, approachable, well-groomed, and knowledgeable about hotel and local services. Core competencies include:
