Job Description

1. Maintain the existing customer base and explore new business opportunities.
2. Coordinate with internal and external parties.
3. Perform sales and marketing duties (cold calling, sales presentations, order follow-up, etc.).
4. Conduct research and analysis on products and markets.
5. Establish good relationships with clients.
6. Handle documentation tasks, including quotations.
7. Good command of both spoken and written English.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Experience in sales and/or related technical field service.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Mature, aggressive, result-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, service-oriented, and willing to work under pressure.
• Eager to learn, positive, dynamic, and outgoing.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Interest in E&M products will also be considered.
