MacBook Hardware & Software Technician

???? About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated MacBook Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both hardware and software issues across Apple's MacBook product line. You will be responsible for diagnostics, repair, and technical support for internal staff and clients.

????? Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair hardware issues on MacBook devices (screen, keyboard, battery, logic board, etc.).

Troubleshoot and resolve software problems in macOS, including reinstallations and system updates.

Perform data recovery, backup, and migration.

Maintain detailed records of repairs and service history.

Manage spare parts inventory and order components as needed.

Provide basic tech support to employees and ensure devices are in optimal working condition.

???? Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Apple MacBook repair (both hardware and software).

ACMT certification (Apple Certified Mac Technician) or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Proficient in macOS and Apple diagnostic tools.

Experience with soldering and board-level repairs is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

???? Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a corporate IT support environment.

Familiarity with IT asset tracking and service desk platforms.

Ability to support other Apple devices (iMac, Mac Mini, iPad) is a bonus.
