Responsibilities

Team Introduction

The Corporate Services COE team focuses on policy development, research, strategic planning, data analytics, and program management. We support the business by creating unique employee and corporate service experiences, particularly for operational teams such as workplace and food & beverage/customer service teams. Our team applies industry knowledge across our global portfolio, providing expert advice and business partnerships on various projects, programs, and innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

1. Policy Research, Analysis & Evaluation: Conduct research, evaluate, and analyze policies, regulations, and legislation relevant to food program requirements. Identify gaps and challenges, proposing solutions.
2. Policy Development: Support the creation of data-driven policies, guidelines, and initiatives to address food program challenges, foster innovation, enhance customer satisfaction, and incorporate forward-looking practices.
3. Strategic Planning: Assist regional teams in developing strategic plans and frameworks to support policy initiatives with measurable success outcomes.
4. Business Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage, consult, and collaborate with the business to co-create and propose sustainable, systemic solutions.
5. Data Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation: Use data analysis and insights to measure success and program development. Establish mechanisms to assess policy and intervention impacts.
6. Consultation and Collaboration: Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders, operational teams, and business leaders, leveraging industry resources to propose solutions.
7. Project Management: Plan, execute, evaluate, and oversee projects and programs.
8. Change Management: Lead change and transformation initiatives, offering guidance, support, and training.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English as a working language
• Strategic mindset with thought leadership skills
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, especially in diverse, multicultural environments
• Excellent writing skills for clear, concise, and persuasive documents
• Experience in project and program management within global, regional, or country contexts, in matrixed organizations
• Open to growth, innovation, change, and challenges
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the food and catering service industry
