1. Fully conversant with all hotel activities and facilities.
2. Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
3. Be well groomed at all times.
4. Strive to please all guests and to continuously promote in-house facilities.
5. Be able to sell the hotel’s products and promote sales within the hotel.
6. Greet guests and visitors warmly with a smile.
7. Coordinate with reception to manage arrivals and departures efficiently.
8. Greet arriving guests at the entrance and escort them to reception for check-in.
9. Unload cars and cabs for arriving guests.
10. Transport guest luggage to rooms efficiently, ensuring no damage.
11. Collect luggage from guest rooms for departure and bring it to the lobby.
12. Handle guest luggage during room moves.
13. Deliver messages promptly within the hotel.
14. Load cars and taxis for departing guests, ensuring courteous farewells.
15. Maintain accurate records of check-in and check-out rooms.
16. Follow hotel policies on guest luggage storage.
17. Deliver morning newspapers to rooms.
18. Keep accurate control and records of all luggage in your care.
19. Keep function boards up to date.
20. Represent the hotel positively, maintaining politeness and professionalism.
21. Have knowledge of other Dusit & Royal Princess Hotels & Resorts.
22. Ensure trolleys are clean at all times.
23. Keep the hotel lobby clean and tidy.
24. Provide relief for the doorman when requested.
25. Handle front office requests such as room changes and document deliveries.
26. Coordinate with security to protect hotel property and report undesirables.

Minimum Requirements:
1. At least a High Vocational diploma in any discipline.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in Front Office or Bell Service.
3. Basic English communication skills.
4. Professional demeanor with good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Physically capable of standing long periods and lifting luggage.
