Recruitment Manager

A well established health and beauty retail business in the UAE is currently looking to hire a Recruitment Manager to join their team based in Dubai.

The Recruitment Manager will handle the following responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategy to ensure that staffing needs are met
2. Manage full recruitment process - interviews, assessments etc.
3. Manage relationships with key international recruitment agencies
4. Develop new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates from different parts of the world

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. Degree level education
2. Previous experience of local/overseas recruitment, ideally from retail background
3. Knowledge of the Labour Law
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent people management skills
