We are looking for:

A strong and results-drivenOperations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational functions of OutsetGroup’s diverse projects across Hospitality, Wellness, and Real Estate sectors. This full-time, on-site role requires exceptional leadership, coordination, and decision-making abilities to ensure smooth operations, staff performance, and service excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

·Provide an environment of openness and trust, promoting performance coaching and regular feedback to enhance team development.

· Oversee daily operations of all active outlets/projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maintaining excellence in service delivery.

· Manage P&L responsibility, including budgeting, inventory control, and review of financial reports to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.

· Ensure strict compliance with all UAE Food Safety, Hygiene, and Municipality regulations, implementing and monitoring SOPs accordingly.

· Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to review and respond to customer feedback; ensure timely communication with the relevant FOH/BOH teams.

· Act as the department representative for special events, managing planning, staffing, and execution of events to uphold quality and service standards.

·Liaise with the Marketing team and collaborate on event planning, promotions, and strategic initiatives to increase revenue and brand positioning.

· Oversee and manage all trade press subscriptions, ensuring relevant trends and news are shared with restaurant and outlet leadership.

· Build and maintain alliances and partnerships with external vendors, suppliers, and organizations to enhance business efficiency and visibility.

·Maintain and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational KPIs, highlighting performance metrics, growth opportunities, and operational risks.

·Lead project tracking across departments to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.

·Collaborate closely with HR for team resourcing, compliance, and workforce planning.

·Regularly visit operating venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to assess operational standards and provide leadership support.

Requirements of the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in a management and operations in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field preferred.
  • Understanding of general finance, budgeting, and forecasting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, suppliers, partners, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask while adhering to deadlines.
