Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Al Rasikhoon Real Estate. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including client acquisition, lead generation, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and guide the Indirect Sales Team to success.

Formulate and execute sales strategies to amplify revenue via indirect channels.

Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with agents, brokers, and partners for seamless collaboration.

Stay abreast of market trends and competitor moves to seize growth opportunities.

Utilize sales data and metrics to steer decisions and track progress.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to synchronize efforts and initiatives.

Regularly furnish reports and presentations to senior management, furnishing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.

Proven track record in sales management, ideally within real estate.
