We have a great opportunity for a talented Bartender to join our team in the All Day Dining restaurant. The successful applicant will have a passion for their work and a personality that makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. Guests will look to you to guide them through their beverage choices based on their tastes and preferences.

What will you do?

• Interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Fulfill guest orders effectively and organized.
• Work with the AFYA team to maintain excellent service standards.
• Assist other Shangri-La colleagues/departments thoughtfully.
• Help guests and colleagues choose the perfect drink for each customer.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas.
• Listen empathetically to client queries/complaints and collaborate with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
