We’re a recruitment firm based in Dubai, helping AI and fintech scale-ups across the UAE and UK build high-performing teams, fast.

Right now, we’re looking for a Recruiter with 1–3 years’ experience in either Product or Sales recruitment to join us.

What you’ll be doing :

• Partnering directly with founders and hiring managers at high-growth companies
• Managing end-to-end recruitment across roles in Product, Sales, and GTM
• Running quality outreach, qualifying top talent, and building lasting client relationships
• Learning how we operate in AI, engineering, and compliance markets, and helping us grow
• We’ve already partnered with tier 1 clients and have a huge volume of inbound roles
• Our model is lean, tech-enabled, and focused on quality over volume
• You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team with a blend of high performance and wellness

What we’re looking for :

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Product or Sales desks preferred)
• Based in Dubai or open to relocate
• Comfortable working independently and communicating directly with clients
• Interested in AI, fintech, and doing great work
