About The Role

Are you passionate about fixing things? Are you a Senior Technician who enjoys inspecting and performing preventative maintenance in all aspects of water features, pools, water park facilities, aquarium facilities, and water quality treatment? Do you have a passion for training and developing others? If so, this vacancy is for you!

As a Senior Technician, you will oversee all repairs and work carried out by Pump Mechanics (MEP), ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards of workmanship. You will be responsible for maintaining water quality and related aspects of the property, including but not limited to:

• Familiarizing the team with customer needs, specifications, design targets, development processes, regulatory standards, technical best practices, and tools.
• Ensuring the team addresses all relevant issues within specifications and standards.
• Providing status reports on team activities against the program plan or schedule, such as Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Water Analysis, and Reactive Maintenance.

The primary goal is to use best business practices to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, and increase productivity.

About You

The ideal candidate must have a degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5+ years in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or water theme park. Experience in MEP construction with a diverse skill set in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing is an asset. Knowledge of Control Systems is desirable. A certified pool operator and the ability to swim are essential.
