Summary

The Policy Management Officer will operate in a dynamic environment, managing a portfolio of corporate clients. This role involves acting as the company's representative, working with colleagues to exceed client and broker expectations in contract administration and renewal.

Main Tasks
  • Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Be flexible and eager to learn new skills.
  • Respond to internal and external client requests via email within 24-hour SLAs, handling over 50 emails daily and additional tasks.
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned group schemes, Sales Managers, and brokers.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with internal and external clients.
