Job Summary:
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts across various food brands, driving engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty through innovative social media strategies. The role requires expertise in social media growth hacking, influencer and user-generated content (UGC) management, and collaboration with content creators to maximize online presence.
The desirable candidate should have a deep understanding of social media algorithms, growth tactics, and performance-driven strategies to enhance organic and paid reach across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
This role is pivotal in ensuring each brand has a unique yet cohesive social media presence while optimizing audience engagement and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Growth Hacking
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple food brands.
- Implement social media growth hacking techniques, leveraging trends, algorithms, and viral content strategies to accelerate brand visibility.
- Identify and test new growth strategies, including AI-powered content optimization, micro-content repurposing, and niche community engagement.
- Optimize content formats and posting schedules based on platform algorithms and audience behavior insights.
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar across all social media platforms, ensuring seamless alignment with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations.
- To plan and execute paid social media campaigns focused on reach, engagement, and audience growth, optimizing budget allocation accordingly.
Influencer & User-Generated Content (UGC) Management
- Develop and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Identify and onboard food bloggers, micro-influencers, and content creators to generate authentic brand advocacy.
- Oversee the curation, approval, and deployment of user-generated content (UGC) to enhance brand credibility and trust.
- Track and analyze influencer/UGC performance to measure ROI and optimize future collaborations.
Content Creation & Collaboration
- Work closely with in-house and external content creators to produce high-quality, engaging, and platform-optimized content.
- Brainstorm and oversee the development of food-focused content, including short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), GIFs, behind-the-scenes footage, and interactive content.
- Ensure content adheres to each brand's unique tone of voice while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Community Engagement & Social Listening
- Lead community engagement efforts by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
- Monitor brand sentiment and social trends to proactively manage brand reputation and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Develop social media challenges, contests, and interactive campaigns to encourage audience participation.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze key performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversion metrics, using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Conduct A/B testing on content and strategies to optimize engagement and performance.
- Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track paid media performance metrics (CPM, CTR, engagement rates, audience retention, and organic vs. paid performance) to refine targeting strategies.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with the digital marketing, content, and branding teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to enhance organic social strategies with performance marketing tactics.
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Certifications in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or digital analytics (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics) are advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of managing multiple brand accounts.
- Experience in food and beverage marketing is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in social media growth hacking techniques, influencer marketing, and UGC-driven campaigns.
- Strong experience in video-first content creation and optimization for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
