Job description

Responsibilities:

Landscape Architecture & Design:

  • Lead the design process, ensuring high-quality and innovative landscape and hardscape solutions.
  • Develop concept designs, technical drawings, and master plans based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the construction and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Select and recommend landscape materials, hardscape elements, softscape, and site furniture based on project needs.
  • Ensure projects align with sustainability and environmental best practices.

Sales:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the landscape and swimming pool sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and developers.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing structures to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape design and sales, preferably in luxury villa and swimming pool projects.
  • Proven ability to generate and close sales deals within the landscaping industry.
  • Professional users of design applications such as Lumion and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of landscape design principles, materials, and construction processes.
