We're Hiring: Academic Projects and Training Engineer!

As an Academic Projects and Training Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of engineering talent by providing hands-on training, guidance, and support to engineering students undertaking senior design projects, postgraduate students on their research projects, as well as engineers seeking to enhance their practical skills. Your responsibilities will include activities aimed at enriching the academic experience and fostering practical skills development among engineering students, engineers, and hobbyists.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hands-On Training: Deliver training programs to empower students and engineers in their projects.
  2. Embedded Systems Instruction: Teach courses on embedded systems, including Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
  3. Curriculum Development: Create and refine course materials to align with industry standards and academic objectives.
  4. Project Generation: Inspire creativity by generating innovative project ideas tailored to students' interests and industry relevance.
  5. Supervision and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, offering technical expertise and feedback.
  6. Academic Competition: Design and deliver competitions aligned with Besomi Academy's courses to promote awareness of our activities.
  7. Resource Management: Manage equipment and facilities to create a conducive learning environment.
