They utilize various learning methodologies that support a learning-by-doing philosophy, teaching competency-based curricula to second-language learners within a student-centric environment that fosters respect for students, their cultures, and traditions. Academic Faculty members also play a vital role in assisting with the development and preservation of system-wide and directorate-specific policies. They are active participants in academic and extracurricular events, academic advising, both at the college and within the community.
