Digital Transformation Analyst

We are seeking a young, energetic, and talented individual to join our Digital team for in-house web and mobile applications development.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Web and Mobile Application development within a Dev-Sec-Ops environment, following Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include conceptualization, developing problem statements, designing solution workflows, creating proof of concepts, deploying full-scale solutions, scaling, and ensuring QA/QC, cybersecurity, and data security requirements are met, along with version control.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 3–4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development using ReactJS, NextJS, Axios, react-leaflet, Mantine, HTML, and Tailwind CSS.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C++, and Python.
3. Experience in backend development and API creation, including NextJS API Routing, Prisma, Mongoose, Ioredis, MQTT, Jose, and amqp-connection-manager.
4. Familiarity with data storage and management using MongoDB, Google Cloud Storage, Redis, and Cloud Key Management.
5. Knowledge of Angular and mobile app development technologies like Flutter is an advantage.
6. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
7. Experience with Cloud DevSecOps tools including Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), VPC, Cloud Logging & Monitoring, Artifact Registry, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud Load Balancing, RabbitMQ, Nginx, and MQTT Broker.
8. Proficiency with Git fundamentals and version control practices.
9. Ability to design comprehensive network and system architecture diagrams.
10. Experience with hosting web and mobile applications in on-premises, cloud-native, and hybrid environments.
11. Skills in developing low-code/no-code applications.
12. Experience reporting progress using Jira or similar platforms.
13. Ability to build interactive dashboards with Power BI and automate workflows with RPA and AI tools.
14. Experience developing chatbots and web pages using Power Virtual Agents and Power Pages.
15. Skills in writing Excel macros and PowerShell scripts, utilizing AI tools for development efficiency.
16. Understanding of current AI tools like Agentic AI, LLMs, and Vision AI.
17. Ability to assist in data analysis and generate insights using AI/ML algorithms.
18. Technical knowledge to identify suitable IoT devices and sensors based on requirements.
19. Skills in device integration using MQTT protocol.
20. Ability to test devices according to specifications.
21. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to applications and networks.
22. Experience coordinating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.
23. Familiarity with AR and VR technologies is a plus.
24. Self-motivated with an interest in emerging technologies and digital trends.
25. Ability to contribute to digital solution development in compliance with client requirements, standards, and regulations, including UAE Data Protection Laws and GDPR.
26. Knowledge of data privacy, data protection, encryption, and security by design principles.
27. Experience ensuring compliance with security policies and HSES procedures.
28. Ability to develop documentation and digital systems supporting audit programs.
29. Capacity to complete digital solutions within budget and schedule constraints.
30. Willingness to work in startup environments, often requiring flexibility and dedication.
31. Ability to present solutions at forums, workshops, and conferences.
