Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Logistics Team Leader to oversee and manage daily logistics operations in our Dubai facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in import/export processes, warehouse management, and team leadership. This role requires flexibility with shift timings and the ability to lead a team of 25+ members efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse logistics operations, ensuring smooth and timely handling of goods.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of 25+ warehouse staff, driving productivity and maintaining high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and minimize errors.
• Maintain and enforce safety, hygiene, and security protocols across the warehouse.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software to track operations.
• Report key metrics related to performance, stock levels, and logistics issues to the management team.
• Work in coordination with other departments to support business needs and priorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar logistics or warehouse leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of import/export operations, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams (25+ members).
• Technical proficiency in warehouse management systems and logistics software.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexible with working hours and shift timings, including weekends if required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
