An established industry player seeks a dedicated office administrator to manage various secretarial tasks and maintain engineering supplies. This role involves ensuring effective communication, maintaining filing systems, and supporting the Director of Engineering with administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in office management and excellent communication skills, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality sector. Performs a variety of secretarial and general office duties as well as maintaining control of the Engineering stores and ensures adequate stocks at all times.
2. Arranges dispatch and circulation of correspondence as required.
3.Makes sure confidential materials are filed, delivered and received in an appropriate manner.
4.Receives inter departmental correspondence and other communication and passes it on to the appropriate person.
5.Establishes and maintains a comprehensive filing system for correspondence and other documentation.
6.Establishes and maintains an appropriate meeting schedule and relate to appropriate people. Attends wherever necessary and as directed by the Director of Engineering or delegate.
7.Keeps and maintains maintenance/repair record of equipment being serviced.
10.Keeps updated with the latest industry trends and new products in the market.
