Developing New Building Solutions is a strategic priority to support our growth plans and drive sustainable success aligned with our customer strategy. As part of this effort, we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer with a strong customer-focused mindset to be based in our Sharjah office.

This role involves leading and developing mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategically important or locally significant customers. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers. The Senior Sales Engineer manages opportunities from both current and new customers, aiming to close deals that meet customer needs and maximize KONE's order book and profitability.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in complex sales process management, business development, or key account management

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized, and a self-starter with a strong customer service orientation

  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs

  • Passion for sales with a proven track record in handling strategic key accounts and maintaining a strong customer focus

  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage

  • UAE experience is preferred
