About Us

About The Role

Responsible for enhancing on-site customer experience, product discovery, and maximizing sales and sell-through. Responsibilities include on-site category maintenance, web/app optimization, launches/campaigns, performance reports, visual merchandising, and management of key relationships.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Ensure timely and accurate site content, including product images, descriptions, and promotional messaging.
  2. Ensure accuracy of product information, including sizing, color, and category classification, with quality checks for all newly uploaded products.
  3. Optimize product discoverability through visual merchandising, homepage exposure, and product placement.
  4. Map and populate categories so that all products are correctly represented on the site.
  5. Manage on-site launches collaboratively with Buying, Studio, Content, and Marketing teams.
  6. Review live site merchandising daily, including links to landing pages, size guides, and stock availability.
  7. Review mega navigation to ensure correct structure, seasonal updates, and functional links.
  8. Update size guides and ensure correct functionality for new or brand-specific configurations.
  9. Collaborate with other Digital Merchandisers on cross-site edits for seasonal and promotional campaigns.
  10. Conduct regular competitor analysis, including pricing, promotions, content, and assortment.
  11. Monitor customer engagement and sales performance daily.
  12. Track sales funnel KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and support necessary actions.
  13. Monitor inventory levels and onsite availability for upcoming campaigns to ensure product availability.
  14. Test onsite and marketing promotions, support pricing validation on staging environments before live launches.
  15. Review customer journey on staging environments for all launches, suggesting improvements.
  16. Coordinate with Planning and Buying teams to identify product opportunities and risks.
  17. Work with the Studio team to ensure product copies and images are consistent, accurate, and on-brand.
  18. Collaborate with CRM team to align strategies for daily communications and trading focus.
  19. Prepare ad hoc reports as needed to support the Digital Merchandising Manager and Digital Trading Team.
About You
  • 0-1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail across quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Commercial awareness with creative flair and a passion for luxury home products.
  • Experience with SFCC and Shopify is highly advantageous.
