This role leads the analysis and governance of customer value, business case development, and migration strategies, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and the delivery of measurable business outcomes. It is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, tracking benefits realization, optimizing value propositions, and ensuring efficient execution of migration plans across all business areas.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform value analysis to evaluate customer propositions, financial impact, and business outcomes.
- Design and lead migration strategies, assessing associated risks and opportunities
- Develop business cases for benefits realization to support strategic initiatives and drive value realization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (segments, channels, finance, IT) to align on value-driven goals.
- Track benefits realization to ensure business cases deliver the expected results.
- Define KPIs to measure performance and guide data-driven decisions
- Provide oversight and assurance on value-related dependencies, risks, and mitigations in migration planning and transformation execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
Experience:
- 7+ years in telecom, digital transformation, strategy, or business analysis roles.
- Proven experience in customer migration planning, business case development, or proposition value analysis.
- Experience working in complex transformation programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in governance or program assurance roles is highly desirable

- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Ability to analyze customer data, usage patterns, and financials to extract insights.
- Analytical & Financial Modeling: Strong capabilities in analytical and financial modeling using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
- Telecom Product & Lifecycle Knowledge: Solid understanding of telecom products, customer lifecycles, and key value drivers.
- Benefits Tracking & Value Assurance: Expertise in benefits tracking, performance measurement, and value assurance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to synthesize insights and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
