Job description

We at Tanami Properties are currently hiring a Residential Real Estate Agent (Secondary Market) to be part of our Secondary Market team. The candidate must be responsible for buying, selling, and renting properties for clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in the Employment Contract
  2. Interview buyers to determine their property preferences
  3. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
  4. Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing
  5. Accompany buyers during visits and inspections, advising on suitability and value
  6. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
  7. Arrange for title searches to confirm clear property titles
  8. Ensure due diligence of listing documents to comply with Dubai's Land Department and RERA standards
  9. Coordinate property closings, oversee signing of documents, and disbursement of funds
  10. Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms
  11. Contact property owners and advertise to solicit property listings
  12. Prepare necessary documents, such as listing forms, Form A, passport copies, and title deeds
  13. Maintain knowledge of UAE real estate law, local economies, mortgage, and financing options
  14. Represent the company professionally at all times
