The Head of Marketing will lead and execute the marketing strategy across all retail channels. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building brand equity, driving customer engagement, and increasing revenue through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives. You will work closely with sales, merchandising, digital, and product teams to ensure an aligned approach to market growth and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy aligned with company goals and growth objectives across all channels in-store, eCommerce, and wholesale.
- Brand Management: Drive brand identity, positioning, and messaging to strengthen our presence in the market and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, including digital, content, creative, PR, and performance marketing professionals.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Oversee campaigns that enhance customer acquisition, conversion, and loyalty through CRM, email marketing, paid media, and promotions.
- Digital & eCommerce Marketing: Work closely with digital teams to increase website traffic, optimize the user journey, and enhance online sales performance.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across seasonal launches, product drops, and retail events.
- Market Research & Insights: Use consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Budget Oversight: Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI across all initiatives.
- Partnerships & PR: Build strategic partnerships and influencer relationships that boost brand visibility and relevance.
- Retail Collaboration: Partner with retail operations and visual merchandising teams to drive in-store footfall and experiential marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8-12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role in the retail sector.
- Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns and building customer-centric strategies.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, eCommerce growth, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
