Executive Assistant Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Organize and maintain confidential files and records.

Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.

Conduct market research and provide relevant insights or summaries to support executive decision-making.

Manage and execute projects independently, including planning, follow-up, and reporting.

Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.

Perform general office management tasks and support administrative staff when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Friendly attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
