Hong Loong, a premier Chinese restaurant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a talented and dedicated Commis III to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Commis III, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of various Chinese dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
  • Support senior chefs in menu preparation.
  • Handle food items, ingredients, and kitchen equipment with care and efficiency.
  • Participate in kitchen inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and culinary innovations.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
