Your key responsibilities
  1. Manage direct business with local accounts in the region; achieve sales-related financial targets for the affiliate/area; translate/implement the Zone sales strategy into the specific market/area sales plan.
  2. Use pricing tools and directives to achieve margin targets (PM & GM); optimize sales force customer coverage in line with local, technical, marketing, and Global account requirements.
  3. Secure and maintain account plans for customer responsibilities; provide ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction; quote and negotiate following corporate pricing directives.
  4. Contribute feedback to management on market needs for future strategies; develop and sustain productive customer partnerships at all levels; implement corporate commercial strategies (e.g., currency, packaging transport, payment terms); maintain and adapt the expansion plan into the MENA Region based on opportunities.
  5. Document via sales calls, interpret briefs, and communicate information to respective divisions, marketing, and technical functions to ensure customer requirements are communicated and satisfied.
  6. Stay informed of competitive activities, prices, and new business opportunities; issue comprehensive action reports as per client briefs; monitor commercial expenses.

You bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (business administration, management, economics…)
  • Minimum 4 years of perfumery/ingredients sales experience or related fields in an international environment.
  • Passion for the fragrance industry.
  • Project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good team player, capable of working well in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory), French is a plus.
