Role Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored marketing solutions. Your background in marketing will enable you to understand client needs and propose strategies that add value and drive growth. The position offers a salary range of AED 5,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the marketing and advertising sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized proposals and solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads
  • Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, with a strong background in marketing or advertising
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, branding, etc.)
  • UAE market experience is preferred
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
