Job Description

We are hiring Finishing Engineers for our UAE based projects, with prior experience in Highrise projects. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all finishing activities in a high-rise construction project. Ensuring high-quality execution of interior and exterior finishes, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect all finishing works including:

- Plastering, painting, tiling, marble, and joinery
- False ceilings, gypsum partitions, and decorative elements
- Final fixtures and fittings

• Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to resolve finishing-related issues.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
• Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities before handover.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals.
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, inspection requests, and material approvals.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 5 - 15 years of experience in finishing works, preferably in high-rise or luxury projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Prior UAE or GCC experience and immediate joining is preferable.
