Job Description

  • Manage the complete Group Medical Insurance cycle, from new business inception to policy renewal, ensuring all operational tasks are executed accurately and within timelines.
  • Arrange and obtain competitive quotations from multiple insurance providers based on client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed comparison and analysis reports to assist clients in evaluating and selecting the most suitable insurance solutions.
  • Coordinate with insurers to obtain renewal terms ahead of due dates, ensuring smooth renewal processes and uninterrupted coverage.
  • Ensure complete onboarding, KYC, and compliance documentation is collected and submitted for both new and renewal policies as per regulatory and insurer requirements.
  • Follow up diligently for initial premium payments and maintain clear communication with clients regarding invoicing and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of policy details, submissions, quotations, and onboarding statuses in internal systems.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurers to resolve operational or onboarding-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with corporate clients to gather and validate onboarding documents (employee census, Emirates IDs, visas, etc.).
  • Submit group medical insurance applications to insurance providers and follow up for approvals.

Review policy terms, schedules, and endorsements for accuracy prior to issuance

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Insurance, or Healthcare Management).
  • 2+ years of experience in group medical insurance operations in a brokerage or insurer)
  • Strong understanding of UAE health insurance practices and compliance (DHA, HAAD/DOH, MOH).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and insurance CRM tools
