Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, focusing on construction, technical, corporate, and support functions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a high-quality, timely, and cost-effective recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, across various sectors within the group.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
  3. Proactively source candidates using platforms such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and headhunting.
  4. Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
  5. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  6. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
  7. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  8. Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
  9. Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and talent needs.
