Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Officer (CCTV Monitoring) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises by monitoring surveillance cameras. If you are detail-oriented, able to handle emergency situations, and have experience in security services, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide continuous surveillance through the operation of the CCTV system, ensuring the security and safety of the premises.
2. 24/7 monitoring of all installed cameras.
3. Incident reporting in accordance with established protocols.
4. Real-time surveillance to detect, deter, and report suspicious activities.
5. Video playback and evidence management to support any investigation needs.
6. Coordinating with on-ground security personnel to address incidents. Each operator will work in accordance with a structured shift system to ensure continuous coverage.

Operator Qualifications and Certifications

1. PSBD certified, fully licensed to work as security personnel in Abu Dhabi.
2. NSI-trained, having completed courses that meet international standards for CCTV operation. These qualifications ensure the highest levels of competence in surveillance management, situational awareness, and rapid response to potential threats.

Qualifications

1. Minimum high school or secondary school certificate.
2. At least 2 years of experience in security services (CCTV).
3. Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations.
6. Valid PSBD certification.
7. NSI-approved training.
