This is a remote position.

We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter who understands the dynamics of the Dubai business environment. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, introducing our accounting and financial services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales and advisory team.

Prior experience in the Dubai market is essential. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally with decision-makers in this region will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn with a focus on Dubai-based businesses.
  • Clearly communicate our services and value proposition tailored to the Dubai market.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for our partnerships activations managers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Follow up with prospects to answer questions and nurture relationships.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled meetings in our CRM.
  • Track performance metrics and regularly report to the team.
  • Continuously learn about our services and the competitive landscape in the UAE.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service,appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai business market and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over phone and email.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with C-level executives and business owners.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Based in Dubai or with demonstrable experience working in the Dubai market.
  • High school diploma required; a background in finance or accounting is a plus.
