Job description

1. Update Architectural Layouts: Revise and adjust architectural layouts based on site conditions to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
2. Develop Evacuation Diagrams: Create detailed evacuation diagrams to enhance safety and compliance with regulations.
3. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit: Create and modify drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit focusing on both 2D and 3D aspects.
4. Work on Design Projects: Use AutoCAD to develop and refine design projects ensuring precision and quality.
5. Create Construction Drawings: Produce detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit with an emphasis on accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
6. Examine and Resolve Design Issues: Review designs and assist in addressing any ambiguities or issues to ensure clarity and functionality.
7. Provide Documentation: Prepare and supply the necessary documentation for bespoke or standard projects.
8. Knowledge of UAE Fire Code and Means of Egress: Familiarity with the UAE Fire Code and means of egress is an additional advantage.
