The role aims to achieve growth for the Company by securing new connections to existing plants. The Senior Manager will lead projects from initiation to execution for new connections within the investment framework delegated by the Board. Managing customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and generate additional value for the Company is also key.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Customer Relationship Management :

• Proactively develop and manage customer relationships with assigned accounts / contracts.
• Coordinate with General Managers responsible for customer relationships and interdepartmental processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Resolve customer queries and requests for contractual amendments.

Business Development :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities such as new connections, plants, and value-added services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including real estate developers, government entities, and consultants.
• Prepare presentation materials, pricing, and offer letters; present to potential customers.
• Negotiate, draft, and execute agreements with customers.
• Monitor developments around Company plants and explore connection opportunities.
• Evaluate investment opportunities within the existing customer base.

Investment Analysis :

• Conduct investment analyses, prepare presentations, and present findings to Investment Committees.
• Build financial models for new connection opportunities to meet minimum investment criteria.
• Assess the commercial feasibility of investments in plants, networks, and assets; document decisions and ensure proper handover.

Reporting :

• Provide updates on new projects, customer developments, and issues.
• Support ad-hoc requests as needed.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in financial management, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
• Over 10 years’ experience in a commercial or finance role within Utilities, Real Estate, or Industry sectors.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or with Big Four firms preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis (DCF, cash flow).
• Experience working directly with customers.
