Job Description: Server at Saikind

The Saikind Server provides exceptional quality and service to guests. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expertly served beverages and dining experiences, anticipating guest needs, and being knowledgeable about menu options to create memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

1. Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
2. Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
3. Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
4. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the F&B Outlet Manager, Director of Beverage, Assistant Director of F&B, and Hotel Manager.

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• An outgoing personality and a proactive approach to tasks.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and/or wine.
• Experience in a luxury resort or hotel is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
