Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the full spectrum of marketing activities for our real estate company. This role is responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and support sales performance across residential and commercial real estate projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, with proven experience in real estate, and a solid understanding of lead funnels, campaign management, and content creation.

Qualifications

  • Marketing strategy development and execution
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of managing successful lead generation campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, CRM platforms)
  • Experience managing a small team or freelancers is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
