Sales Supervisor – Retail
Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor – Retail is responsible for overseeing retail sales operations. This includes managing a team of sales representatives, expanding retail coverage, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets within assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide retail sales representatives in assigned territories
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, and other retail outlets
- Ensure daily sales targets, route plans, and coverage are met effectively
- Monitor product availability, visibility, and display standards at retail points
- Execute retail promotions, offers, and merchandising plans
- Track competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates
- Train and support sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG retail sales; experience in beverage or water industry is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools
