Job Overview

Responsible for performing market research and analysis to provide insights on the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, using data visualization tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate periodical sales and marketing reports for the executive management.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Develop and execute campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Automation, Retargeting, Journey Building, SQL Query based Journey, etc).
  • Maximize ROI and achieve business objectives (on all paid channels like Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc).
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Conduct activities on website, Ads & Emailers optimization through A/B testing/analytics.
  • Track key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue generated from digital marketing efforts.
  • Identify and escalate opportunities to improve performance in sales & marketing.

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in GA, Website, CRM interlink and data transfer.
