Job description

This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing process efficiency, supporting the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant, and designing biopolymer formulations tailored for differentiated performance. Candidates with a strong background in process chemistry, leadership in cross-functional settings, experience in polymer processing and characterization are encouraged to apply. Prior experience with Polylactic Acid (PLA), biopolymers or polyesters will be considered a strong asset.

Education:

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant industrial experience.

Technical Skills:

• Proven track record in R&D in chemicals, polymers, preferably in biopolymers
• Direct involvement in manufacturing or plant operations support, especially within a polymer or chemical production setting.
• Experience with PLA or related biobased/biodegradable polyesters is a strong plus.
