Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager for Structural Steel to bolster our team in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence in the structural steel industry.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the structural steel market, focusing on both local and international clients
Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
Establish and nurture relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client specifications and project requirements
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project delivery
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the structural steel industry
Strong knowledge of structural steel products and market dynamics
Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to build and maintain relationships
Proficiency in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving market growth
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience with project management and familiarity with CAD software
