One of our clients, a leading player in the rail and infrastructure sector, is looking for a Document Controller to support their project management team with reporting, coordination, and documentation efforts. If you're experienced in handling complex data and working within fast-paced project environments, this could be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate detailed project reports by collecting input from multiple departments.
  • Organize project meetings and create documentation to track issues, progress, risks, and action items.
  • Develop high-quality presentations and performance reports for management and customer updates.
  • Consolidate data from various business units for comprehensive reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation aligned with PMO practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in reporting and documentation within complex project settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Previous experience in a PMO environment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field (Engineering background preferred).
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure.
