We are seeking an experienced and professionally qualified individual in sound and lighting design to serve across the U.A.E.

The Role
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, entertainment, and live event sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Pitch event production solutions, including staging, AV, lighting, and technical services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients and event planners. Understand client needs, provide customized solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless experience from proposal to event execution.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the sales team. Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams. Conduct training and performance reviews.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitors. Generate sales reports and forecasts. Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Event Execution & Support: Assist in planning major events. Attend industry networking events. Support smooth handovers from sales to event management.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in events or entertainment.
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
  • Leadership experience focused on team development.
  • Knowledge of event planning, technical production, and industry trends.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Driver’s license is an advantage.
