Job description

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our holiday homes division. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of real estate, short-term rentals, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new property acquisition opportunities, building partnerships with property owners, and expanding our portfolio of premium holiday homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new holiday home property owners
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase property listings and market presence
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and real estate partners
  • Analyze market trends to identify profitable locations and property types
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance guest experience and occupancy rates
  • Negotiate contracts and manage agreements with property owners
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, property management, or the holiday rental market
  • Proven ability to close deals and expand business pipelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
