As a Receptionist at Sunrise Capital, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere while handling various administrative tasks. Your role is crucial in upholding the company's reputation for exceptional customer service and creating an efficient, organized, and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or meeting room.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, visitor log, stationery).
Administrative Support:
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Handle courier services and manage office supply inventory.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or by email.
Customer Service:
Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage visitor access and maintain security protocols, including signing in/out processes.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
General Office Duties:
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist with administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Coordinate office maintenance needs with relevant vendors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
