IT Coordinator

Qualifications:

1. College graduation in BCA or Diploma in Computer System Application.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide desk-side assistance service per client's pre-defined/location details service process.
2. Image/re-image end individual desktop computers and laptop devices.
3. Set up and troubleshoot software/hardware firewalls.
4. Monitor daily operations, including web server hardware, network, software, and running systems.
5. Install and maintain systems, including equipment and software upgrades.
6. Check, troubleshoot, and modify component arrangements for better performance.
7. Archive all inbound and outbound mails.
8. Set up and maintain PABX/IP telephone systems.
9. Establish VPN/RDP connectivity for remote users to access ERP software and provide user support using remote tools such as RDP and TeamViewer.
10. Set up CCTV systems and monitor CCTV cameras.

Job Type: Full-time

Wage: AED 1,300.00 - AED 1,500.00 monthly
