Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions in our small to medium-sized business. This standalone role requires a hands-on approach to employee management, recruitment, and performance monitoring. The HR Manager will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing employment documentation, handling employee benefits, and ensuring HR processes align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Organize and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Send and track assessments for candidates as part of the hiring process.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and initial training.
  • Employee Relations & HR Administration:
    • Act as the main point of contact for all employee-related queries.
    • Maintain and organize confidential HR records, including contracts, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Attend meetings where HR input is required, advising on best practices.
  • Work Permits & Benefits Administration:
    • Manage employment visa applications and renewals.
    • Coordinate medical insurance enrollment and renewals for employees.
  • Performance & Employee Engagement:
    • Monitor and ensure quarterly performance reviews are completed.
    • Distribute and analyze employee surveys to improve workplace satisfaction.
    • Suggest improvements to HR policies and employee engagement strategies.
    Key Requirements
    • Proven experience in an HR role, ideally within a small or medium-sized business.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
    • Familiarity with employment visas, medical insurance, and labor laws.
    • Excellent organizational and confidentiality skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative in HR-related matters.
