Role Overview :

The Sales Director will lead and scale the brokerage’s sales operations, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the UAE's dynamic real estate sector. This strategic leadership role is responsible for setting sales goals, defining go-to-market strategies, developing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, brand, and service excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to achieve short- and long-term revenue targets.
  • Set sales forecasts and goals based on market trends and business objectives.
  • Identify high-growth segments and emerging market opportunities.
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine positioning and offerings.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Property Consultants.
  • Design incentive structures, KPIs, and training programs to attract and develop top sales talent.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Oversee key client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals, investors, and institutional partners.
  • Represent the brokerage at industry events and networking functions.
  • Support deal closures for high-value transactions and ensure client satisfaction.

Operations & Compliance

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to RERA guidelines and company policies.
  • Ensure CRM systems and sales reports are accurate and insightful.

P&L Responsibility & Reporting

  • Manage the sales department budget and revenue projections.
  • Deliver regular reports on sales performance and team productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for technology adoption and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in Dubai.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Dubai’s property market, laws, and RERA regulations.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
