Job Description

In this role, you are the backbone and a supportive force. You are an executive partner to your stakeholders who goes above and beyond to deliver business objectives, represents the bank with professionalism and courtesy at all times, and delivers flawless work output.

As a Business Assistant in our dynamic team, you will be the gatekeeper and problem solver, adding control to your stakeholders' day-to-day operations and increasing productivity. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with the administrative assistants team, lead and coordinate ad hoc projects, and act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain complex and detailed calendars and manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings.
  2. Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel.
  3. Organize all aspects for offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportation.
  4. Process invoices and T&E expense claims, ensuring all policies are followed and items are processed within guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures.
  5. Produce high-quality emails and messages to individuals at all organizational levels.
  6. Work cooperatively with the administrative assistants team, fostering positive partnerships to support each other smoothly.
  7. Lead and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Experience in Banking or MNC environments.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, with proven experience interacting with senior management.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities, such as calendar management.
  • Willingness to embrace the Executive Assistant role and go the extra mile.
